All is one.
Eight billion of us,
each exploring this planet
through our own eyes, in our own way.
What I cannot do,
someone else is out there experiencing.
What holds no interest for me,
others are busy learning.
When I think of it that way
I want to say
How wonderful.
Thank you.
I’m counting on you.
I appreciate you.
I find myself cheering everyone on.
Fear and anxiety breed suffering.
When the heart falls out of harmony,
the body follows.
This is true for people, for animals,
for the world itself.
Yet by living fully in this moment,
everything begins to find its harmony
for creation is
only possible now.
Embrace yourself completely, just as you are.
Every version of you is wonderful.
Tired, lost, unreliable,
restless, unable to put on a good face…
from every angle,
you are truely beautiful.
Try accepting your difficult circumstances too,
just as they are.
You have the capacity to hold them.
There is no need to be afraid.
No need to fight.
No need to seek anyone’s approval.
Because you already exist here
held, loved, and recognized
by something far greater than anything else.
So tell yourself,
“This is okay, just as it is.”
Learning, awareness, change,
All of it begins right here.
And so
start with what you already have.
Set your priorities,
give your whole heart to what feels necessary right now.
Live this moment with care.
Yes, that is enough.
Please, rest easy.
When you focus on the present,
fear and anxiety grow distant and faint.
Keep your awareness here, in this moment.
Not pointed outward at others,
turned gently inward, toward yourself.
When you find yourself regretting the past
or worrying about the future,
pause and look at a small flower
blooming by the roadside.
There you will find astonishing intricacy of
design, delicacy, and purity.
The flower holds no grievance with the soil
or water it’s given.
It makes no complaint about rain or wind.
It does not recoil from insects.
It simply blooms, quietly and gracefully,
without judgment for the one who watches.
It is love itself.
The flower is love itself…
Each person has their own happiness.
There is no need to make
another’s measure of happiness your own.
Happiness has no restrictions, no ceiling.
Pursue what happiness means to you.
Your life is yours to shape.
Like throwing open a window to let in fresh air
fling wide the door deep within you,
and receive in full the love that rises,
strong and sure,
from the depths of your chest.
Neither joy nor abundance
comes from the outside.
All of it is born from within.
When eight billion consciousnesses
each turn inward,
notice the same love living inside
every one of us
a paradise so breathtaking –
even God would stand in wonder,
will appear upon this earth.
